JM Vizcaya Arquitectos, S.L.P. is an architecture studio led by architect José María Vizcaya Martínez, whose professional career as an independent architect began in 2014. We understand architecture as the balance between creativity and management. Design is the starting point of every project, but it only gains real value when it is technically, financially and administratively viable. In our view of the profession, a great project doesn’t end with a good drawing: it must be able to be built while staying true to the idea that inspired it.
With this vision, we develop new-build projects, refurbishment, renovations, urban planning and construction supervision for private clients, companies and public authorities, approaching every commission with technical rigor, design sensitivity and comprehensive process management.
Our track record has allowed us to develop strong expertise in managing and processing files of high technical, administrative and urban-planning complexity. To this end, over the years we have built a network of collaborating professionals specialized in engineering, technical architecture, and legal, administrative and urban-planning advice, giving our clients the confidence of a team capable of turning an idea into a buildable reality.
