JM Vizcaya Arquitectos, S.L.P. is an architecture studio in Alicante led by architect José María Vizcaya Martínez, whose professional career as an independent architect began in 2014.
We understand architecture as the balance between creativity and management. Design is the starting point of every project, but it only gains real value when it is technically, financially and administratively viable. In our view of the profession, a good project must be able to be built while staying true to the idea that inspired it.
With this vision, we develop new-build projects, single-family homes, residential buildings, refurbishment, full renovation and interior design, as well as commercial projects, hotels and real estate developments. We work for private clients, developers, companies and public authorities, approaching every commission with technical rigor, design sensitivity and comprehensive process management.
Our work covers every phase, from design and feasibility studies to the execution project, urban planning management, permit processing and construction supervision. Our track record has allowed us to develop strong expertise in highly complex technical and urban-planning files, and to build a network of collaborating professionals in engineering, technical architecture, and legal and urban-planning advice.
