Solution:

The project proposes homes with a simple, distinctly family-oriented layout. The ground floor groups the living room, dining room and kitchen in direct relation to an interior courtyard, while the upper floor houses the bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet.

To optimize costs and schedules, a construction system with a medium degree of prefabrication is adopted, based on reinforced-concrete load-bearing walls built using double insulated lost formwork. The system itself integrates structure, enclosure and insulation into a continuous sandwich-type solution, reducing execution times and minimizing thermal bridges.

This strategy, combined with continuous insulation on the exterior and interior of the envelope and the addition of photovoltaic production, results in homes with high energy performance and an A+ rating, while keeping construction economy, speed of execution and final quality as key criteria.
