Context:
The project recovers a building whose structure was left unfinished after the 2008 real estate crisis. The intervention aims to bring it back into use by reusing the existing construction, minimizing environmental and economic impact.
Solution:
The project redefines the building’s image to integrate it into its surroundings and adapts its design to current needs. At the same time, it updates the building to meet current structural, energy, functional and environmental-quality standards, extending its service life through a sustainable refurbishment strategy.
