Architecture is the result of the coordinated work of multiple disciplines. At JM Vizcaya Arquitectos, every project is developed from a global vision, integrating architecture, engineering, construction supervision, interior design and real estate strategy under a single technical direction.
Our studio is made up of a permanent team of specialized professionals that forms the core of every project. Architectural Direction
José María Vizcaya Martínez
Architect · Director of JM Vizcaya Arquitectos
Architect since 2011 and director of the studio. Specialized in residential and hotel architecture, he coordinates the comprehensive development of projects from the initial strategy to their technical definition. His work focuses on architectural direction, multidisciplinary coordination through BIM methodology, and the development of contemporary solutions that integrate design, innovation, energy efficiency, construction feasibility and architectural quality.

Andrea López-Maroto González-Pueblas
Architect
Specialized in the technical development of residential projects, refurbishment and the hotel sector. She takes part in drafting execution projects, technical reports and document coordination, helping every project reach a high level of technical definition and construction quality.

María Julieta Milo
Architect
Specialized in architecture and interior design, she takes part in developing the design, spatial definition and architectural representation of projects. Her work integrates functionality, design and visual communication, making it possible to develop coherent proposals and bring the client a complete vision of each space.

Technical Architect
Specialist in construction supervision, project coordination and building refurbishment. His work focuses on ensuring the balance between quality, costs and execution timelines, coordinating the construction of each project with a practical, efficient approach focused on site control.
Engineering and Building Systems
Miguel Bonmatí Gómezl
Industrial Technical Engineer
Responsible for the design and coordination of building systems and energy-efficiency strategies. His experience in electrical, thermal and fire-protection systems and industrial construction allows efficient, optimized technical solutions to be integrated from the earliest stages of the project, ensuring the correct operation and performance of each building.
Real Estate Strategy and Investment
Mauro Povia
Real Estate Strategy and Investment Consultant
Specialized in the strategic analysis of real estate transactions and asset value enhancement. His experience brings a complementary perspective to projects aimed at developers, investors and international clients, helping identify opportunities and define development strategies from the early stages of the project.
Network of specialists
Every project brings in the specialized profiles it truly needs. To this end, we regularly work with a well-established network of specialists in legal and urban-planning advice, landscaping, sustainability and other complementary disciplines that provide specific knowledge when the nature of the project requires it.
At the same time, core disciplines such as architecture, technical project development, BIM coordination, structural calculation, building-systems engineering and architectural direction are part of the studio’s in-house expertise. This integration allows us to maintain direct control over the project, streamline coordination between disciplines and develop technically stronger, more efficient solutions from the earliest design stages through to completion.
