Context:
Full renovation of an apartment in the Benalúa neighborhood of Alicante for a couple expecting their first child. The project adapts the layout to the new family’s needs, favoring more open, bright and connected spaces.
Solution:
The intervention removes the traditional circulation spaces, turning them into a fluid sequence of rooms. The entrance hall, dining room, kitchen and living room are organized around a longitudinal piece of furniture that structures the day zone and reinforces spatial continuity. The home is completed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in closet, together with a comprehensive energy upgrade through renewed window and door joinery, improved thermal insulation and the installation of high-efficiency climate-control systems.
