Context:
Full renovation of an apartment located in a residential building from the 1980s, designed to transform an outdated layout into an open, bright home adapted to a contemporary lifestyle. The intervention reinterprets the home’s Mediterranean character through a present-day language, designed to be enjoyed year-round and to strengthen its connection with the outdoors.
Solution:
The project completely renews the home, including the layout, partition walls, wall linings, systems and finishes. The new spatial organization removes visual barriers and opens the main rooms toward the terrace, turning it into a natural extension of the interior space.
The use of Mediterranean-inspired materials, light tones and contemporary textures enhances the entry of natural light and results in a serene, functional home closely connected to its surroundings.
